| - My husband and I needed a ride from the Tropicana to our hotel, Club De Soiel, right up the street basically. The drive was fine, we did the pay with card thing, added a tip, swiped the card, and the driver said that it declined. There was no reason for it to decline, we checked our bank account real quick, and there it was in our pending transactions. We tried showing him, multiple times that it's pending, and he just kept pointing to the machine and said it declined. We insisted that it did not. Finally, we were tired of dealing with him, we swiped the card again, and it went through. Well it was then pending twice in our bank account, and two days later, both payments were withdrawn. We called multiple times, and were transferred to a woman, we had to leave a voicemail, its been 2 days and we haven't heard back from her. Last night when we called, we were transferred to someone else, and we still haven't received a phone call back. My husband called once more today, and no one spoke with us.
We will be contacting our bank, and reporting this as fraud, since ACE doesn't seem to be interested in returning our multiple phone calls to resolve this.
