  • They advertise their clothing at one price but it rings up at another. Third time this has happened to me here, but it's the first time they were rude and dickish about it. The manager was even aware of the confusion on the 5.11 pants as he immediately responded knowing the exact problem, but telling me I was reading the sign wrong. I wasn't. So instead of changing the display, knowing it is causing confusion, they just March on forward. The sign was located directly above the pair of pants I was purchasing and the image matches the image on the sign. The confusion can be forgiven, the attitude and lack of customer service cannot be.
