I walked into fletchers this morning just a few minutes after open (8:06am). I informed the man (Manager Jaime M.) at the desk that I had a flat tire and the spare was currently on the vehicle. When I asked Jaime how long it would take, he said, an hour maybe an hour and a half. I informed him I had to be at a meeting at ten thirty and that I would wait. During my wait, TWO separate customers had walked out and refused to have their vehicles worked on by fletchers. 10:00am rolls around and they have not even touched my vehicle. I told them I would leave the flat tire and go to my appointment and come back. I was on my way back to fletchers from my meeting around 11:15am I called ahead to see if the tire was ready. He said they hadn't looked at it yet. What!? 3 hours goes by and they haven't even looked at my flat tire? I was so frustrated! When I arrived at 11:30am, Jaime informed me they finally were able to look at it and the tire is damaged beyond repair, yet there is no evidence of what caused the damage and Jaime immediately renders it road damage. Could it possibly be a manufacturer issue? Well, who knows but that's out of the question at Fletchers. Jaime, the manager, wanted me to pay for a new tire even though the tires are less than 3 months old bought from FLETCHERS! Horrible customer service. We will never go back and I am telling all of my friends and family all about their horrible service.
