awesome locally owned shop for a delicious lunch that is affordable feels very 'homemade'. My go to favourites are the veal sandwich and lasagna. I'll mention that although the veal sandwich is only $5, they do charge extra for most of their toppings that other places may not charge for. However, the portions are huge, and even with a few toppings, your sandwich will still be reasonably priced.
The lasagna is very simple - and has very little spice or seasoning, which some people may not enjoy but that is my favourite thing about it.
The place is also a mini supermarket, with lots of canned/shelf products, fresh bread, salad bar, and a huge bakery section with tons of Italian desserts.
