  • This is the classic story of a business gone bad. What used to be excellent personalized service and product has turned into a dismal shadow of their past performance. They delivered this Mother's Day' order to my mm with someone else's name on the card message. Also the flower order was different. A different order was delivered the wrong day! When asked to speak to a Mgr none could be found and no return call was ever received. Terrible service! Idiots answering the phones taking 30 minutes to place a simple flower order. Good bye for good.
