From being there the second night they were open, plus having a culture barrier, this place rocked. They were earnest in their service, never fake and had great attitudes. The flavour in their burgers was fantastic and juicy. The pork and lamb ribs were cooked to perfection; lamb ribs are rarely cooked with such accuracy.

The biggest aspect they need to work on before being ready for an opening weekend in Vegas is cashier service time. After that, they need to keep the food warm from grill to table.
Price tag is not for the feint of heart. You are paying for quality meat.
