  • My initial experience about 2 years ago was great. Handled a Toyota and Saturn nicely with good pricing. Unfortunately after my last experience, I do not intend to go here again. I came in with a noise at speed (30mph+) which they agreed would likely be a wheel bearing. After three days of saying they couldn't get to it, they said they replaced it and the noise didn't go away. They would need the car for another day. They called at the end of that day and said they were still waiting on parts. They finished the next day in the morning and fixed one other issue. However the noise continued. I ended up taking it to a dealer and they replaced the wheel bearing - noise gone - all in a day. The dealer also told me that my brakes needed some adjustment to not pulse whereas Fletcher's had said the brakes were fine. I liked the guys and they were friendly enough. It just seems that didn't have the time, expertise with my vehicle and/or the desire to really provide the service necessary. Fletcher's has convinced me that saving money is not worth the time, effort or sub-standard service you get.
