I won't ever go back here and it's a shame because I've heard great things about them and they came highly recommended. I called last minute for a cake and was very appreciative when they had a cake for me to pick up the next day. I walked in, in a great mood to pick up the cake. This girl brings it out and the name is spelled wrong. Erik instead of Eric. I don't order cakes all the time so I don't know what I'm supposed to tell them. Isn't that something that should be asked when I place the order? It really wouldn't have been a big deal, but I don't appreciate the attitude and eye roll. A few minutes later the cake comes back out with the correct spelling but the letter that was replaced is obviously cracked. Why would you present a cake with a cracked letter?! The girl with the attitude starts closing it and I laughed because I couldn't believe she was going to send me on my way with a cake that looked like that. I said,"but the c is cracked" and with attitude again she replied "well I guess we can fix it but it will take longer." Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but I don't care. If you work in customer service you need to learn how to treat your customers. At this point I was done dealing with rudeness so I just took the cake. It will still taste the same but a bummer that it will be presented like this at the party. Don't worry, they will know where I bought it from.
