I give it one star because i have to give it som e thing.
This has to be the most miss managed airline around.
Their slogan is "less money, more go" when in the real world its more money (luggage fees for even your carry-on) no go. Spirit has problems all around from customer service to unreliable equipment.
I had a flight with two stops and they canceled a flight due to maintenance. Fine , i get it. But they canceled the flight many hours after we're supposed to depart. I stood in line for them to book me another flight and that took another 3 hrs. Everbody, Spirit employees acted like this has never happened but pissed that it did. Then a superviser comes to tell us to call Spirits customer service # and book our flights with the phone rep. Well, that did work and i though it rude we had to do their job.
All in all..."bare-air" means horrible experience and you'll mostly be with a different airline by the end of your trip
