  • it's currently 1250am on a Wednesday night and there is a concert going on outside of my room. considering i need to be up at 7am, it doesn't look like i will be getting much sleep. i tried to contact the front desk and there is nothing they can do to switch rooms or discount the price of the room. not only will i never stay here again, i will never recommend this place to anyone else. in a city that is customer service oriented, this is beyond unacceptable.
