I hope if you are reading this you choose a different company to do your tanning. I went to the Sahara location, and multiple times I got undressed, put my lotion on, and went to turn on the bed only to have it not turn on. If you are going to tan on your lunch break you know how annoying it can be to have to get redressed with wet lotion, go tell the front desk, and have them switch you to a different room. The cleanliness at the Sahara location is also subpar, the beds look rundown, etc. Anyhow, I'm moving to Florida and sent an email to their corporate office explaining this and asking to cancel for a reasonable amount. An employee named Bree asked me to send information to prove my relocation and said they would waive the $50 dollar cancellation fee. I sent the information requested and got an email back stating that I would have to pay $200 to cancel! NONE of this was pre warned to me at the time that I signed up (I know, I should've asked, but sue me for trusting a local business to take care of it's customers!) This company only wants your money and doesn't have much in the realm of business ethics.
