  • What the actual f***? As I checked into the hotel around 5PM on Nov 30th, the male caucasian front desk agent asked me what am I going to do tonight? I was wondering what did he meant. So I simply answer I dont know yet. Its none of his business anyway. The guy told me if I was planning on party, don't party too hard in the room cos they gonna charge extra if we party in the room. To the employee who asked me that question, I dont know if you are lacking training? or poor communication skill? or you are just a natural asshole?! But you are a shame to hospitality industry, you are a shame to Vegas! To Palm Management Team, If you are to hire someone to represent the face of your hotel, to be the first impression to the guest, please do a better job at hiring and training. Cos your comp won't help, it will not fix the problem, and coming back to Palm is the last thing I want to do. Sincerely!
