| - I have many complaints... First, the new management team is very unreliable. They are not organized and most of the people I have talked to up front are rude to me when I do actually get them on the phone. Second, they have a service that will puck up your trash if you leave it at your front door, it is mandatory for you to have this service, it costs thirty dollars, and they do not pick it up on time. If you leave your trash out past 9 am the next morning (because they didn't pick it up) you will then be charged for the trash still being there. Third, if you want to talk to someone up front on the phone you have to call at least five times to get someone to pick up. And when you go into the front office, they are never busy and are always just sitting talking to each other. Fourth, there are way too many gates to go through (which are usually broken anyway) so bikes are stolen. But if you want to keep your bike on your patio you get charged for it. Fifth, you can pay your rent online (which is great) however this month I checked the online rent payment website on the first, second, and third, but the payment was not posted yet. Now, not he sixth I receive a notice that my rent is late and that I will be kicked out in five days if I do not pay it today...And in order to pay it today I will be charged an extra about $150. Would be a great place to live, if the management wasn't so unhelpful and annoying.
