  • Extremely impressed with all aspects of this dealership. The first individual I met was the Sales & Leasing consultant Joe Stieber. A very articulate and knowledgeable consultant. He didn't steer me any other direction like most consultants do. I told him I wanted the Tiguan and he replied with a list of other models in their inventory. He made it a very simple and smooth process to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. We took the vehicle for a test-drive and he prepared a route for me to drive on, which I believe demonstrates a level responsibility, awareness, and concern for the customer. Following the test-drive was the financial and administrative portion. Let me tell you right now I have bought plenty of vehicles and this is hands down the best place I have purchased a vehicle from. So, once we were about to get ready to wrap everything up the Sales Manager Johnny Miramontes came out to inform me that they were able to get my interest rate even LOWER! I didn't even say anything nor had I even met him before that situation. He wanted to do his best to assist me because of my service to the country. If, anyone is considering buying a vehicle from VW or any other dealership please take a look at the Findlay North Volkswagen location. They will exceed all your expectations whether you buy a vehicle or not. No complaints. Flawless professional organization at all levels.
