  • I would give a solid 3 1/2 stars if I could. This is a small nice nail salon located in the south end area. The technician has a variety of colors and is really nice. The first time I went booked the appointment online on style seat. 30 minutes before the appointment. She noted she was running late 15 minutes behind schedule. So I went to get coffee. She then text while I was getting coffee that she was now on time and had another appointment right after me. I was like and call them And fix your schedule don't pressure me after you just said you were late. I picked her up a coffee and my no chip lasted two weeks. FYI there is no sink in the area for you to wash your hands she wipes your hands off. She has a rewards program card. I wasn't able to get the rewards card my first time because I had a groupon. I went back again to see consistently and my no chip lasted one week tops. I tried booking a time in style seat to get her to fix the no chip mess, but there were no openings. I called but no call back assuming because she was busy. I tried using the style seat app from my phone and it doesn't work accurately on an I phone or it wasn't on mine. When I went the second time I was told you get the punch card if you pay cash only. I haven't returned. She is a nice young lady, but there are something that could be worked out in the reservations, consistently, etc. I hope this helps.
