  • Graze is an upscale farm-to-table bistro located on in a modern glass building on capitol square. I had their green salad with champagne dressing, which was incredibly tasty. The tomatoes were fresh, crisp and sweet. I also tried the "pork buns" which were pieces of pork belly in doughy biscuits - really delicious. The other folks in my party weren't crazy about their food and the prices are high. I had to give 3 stars due to the poor service. The waitress was cold, and made herself extremely scarce. The dinner turned into a 2 hour ordeal (without dessert).
