We ordered a quesadilla, burger, desert gin fizzy and a buffalo trace cocktail for room service. Burger was only available cooked well. Two patties, nice char but one patty cooked to order would have been juicier. There was too much stuff to actually masticate the thing without jaw fatigue setting in. But super tasty. I took it apart and had enough stuff for two respectable burgers.
Quesadilla was made with chèvre. Again, tasty, but lack of gluey cheese left the thing falling apart and mushy. Nicely seasoned though. Very mild almost undetectable flavor in the salsa. The gin drink tasted like creosote, the rain-triggered aroma that AZ natives know and love. I found this interesting but not sure I want to drink my creosote? Not decided yet, but it is a cool idea. I was impressed with the value here -- nothing totally bizarre like you can get with hotel restaurants and not overpriced. Pretty good.
