  • About eight months ago, I began the search. Finding the perfect engagement ring isn't easy, and if you're extremely particular like some of us, it's only more difficult. After looking at pretty much every halo engagement ring ever made, we settled on a Ritani. In order to see Ritani rings in person, though, you must go to a select few stores - Hyde Park being one of the two stores offering them in Arizona. Enter Erik. Mr. Rominger greeted us about four months ago when we first entered Ritani. Brooke, my fiance, had a specific ring in mind, but it wasn't on display in store. So, Erik had that ring and another similar ring that we liked shipped in within a few days. Upon seeing both, Brooke couldn't decide which she liked more, so Erik suggested we have a custom ring made... perfect! The custom ring process allows you to pick out exactly what you want regarding every aspect of the ring. Furthermore, you get to see a computer rendering and make and changes, then you receive (and get to keep!) a wax mold of the final product, and finally the final product. This process took, I'd like to say, about six weeks and was worth the wait. From wax approval to final product, there is roughly a two week wait. To fool Brooke, ensuring a surprise proposal, I contacted Erik and had him tell her it would take longer. He followed through perfectly and she was completely shocked when the time came. Ultimately, Erik was there to answer any and all questions and needs I had along the way and got me a great deal on a spectacular ring. I, we, couldn't be happier. Thank you, Erik.
