  • Customer service is okay. $10 tattoos are ONLY the simple shitty ones on the wall. Other than that they are way over priced for what a mediocre art job they do. My boyfriend wanted a simple piece on his ankle probably about 2 inches in diameter and they wanted like $200 for it. Um no. A better shop did it for less than $100. I have gotten my nose, lip, and nipples pierced here. Lip and nose turned out great. One of my nipple piercings is pierced too deep so the bar is too short and it created a kind of hole in my nipple. I called to complain and got snapped at and hung up on. Uhhhh.
