  • I have not been to Cold Stone in about 10 years and after tonight's visit I remembered why. 1. An employee should never go directly from mopping floors to serving food. There should always be a hand washing pit stop in that sequence. Pretty gross. 2. This place is really pretty expensive for the quantity of product. 3. My wife and I ordered the same size cup, but hers was significantly bigger. Overall, I don't ever need to go to Cold Stone again.
