  • My neighbors are always banging on the walls, stomping or yelling. When you call for a complaint the office tells you "there's nothing they can do, you have to call the police"..... never heard of that before but okay. I've called to have my apartment exterminated probably 3 times in the last 30 days and I still have roaches and I am FAR from dirty. I called about 7 months ago to have my closets and laundry room sliding doors replaced and when maintenance got there they told me that I would have to pay for them to be fixed..... again I've NEVER heard of that. I've been woken up multiple times from the police either knocking on my door for my methhead neighbors or the police on the loud speaker telling someone to come out of their apartment with their hands up.... either the police, swat or crime scene investigators are outside when I come home from work or from a night out.... I've lived here for two years and it was never this bad in the first year, otherwise I would have NEVER renewed my lease. The office ladies could care less about their residents and it shows but how much turnover the management and leasing agents have. I would never recommend anyone other than a druggie, drug dealer, or someone that doesn't give a f*** where they live to move in here. I hope you guys can eventually fix it because surprisingly the SURRONDING neighborhood isn't as trashy as argenta apartments.
