  • Everyone who works here is exceptionally nice. Consistent consideration, helpfulness and pleasantness. Complimentary breakfast bar is good. The coffee is excellent. I like the patio/ fire pit area. Evening receptions with complimentary light food and beer or beverage is great!! However, the physical plant needs lots of work. The air conditioning in the eating area does not work and it's hot and uncomfortable. I called and emailed the manager about it. The front desk supervisor called me back and apologized for the inconvenience and discomfort of the overly hot eating area. But, there was not a solution available to correct the air conditioning problem. The rooms are in need of updating. The layout is very nice, plenty of space, comfortable set up. Overall, this hotel is not that close to much in terms of vacation events or sightseeing. It was funny how one of the UBER drivers asked me - how did you find this place? This guy was native of Pittsburgh. Definitely off the beaten path. Overall, good value if the air conditioning in the eating area is fixed, until then, I would stay somewhere else. Which is what I did - I found a room elsewhere.
