  • Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I will never use direct tv again. They constantly change my payment every month. Some months as high as a $100 hike with no explanation. Then a $50 increase. When I call, it's for added packages I never authorized. This is a monthly deal being on the phone with them. Cannot wait until my contract is finished. The first month I ever had them, they quoted me $60 a month. When the bill came for $400 I called them and they had mixed my account with someone else's. They said "we cannot refund your money, we can only apply it as credit for our company". Why can't I give zero stars? Horrible.
