And the food is divine. My friend and I shared a large bowl of Bon Rieu. Mosis helped us understand the best ways to enjoy their exquisite dishes.
We asked him about the fish sauce, and he helped bring out all the flavours in the broken rice which came with #11. Also included were various delicacies, but what stuck out most was the Egg Quiche. YUM!
I drank the pennywort juice with mung bean, gritty to begin with (as foretold by mosis) and delicious all the way through.
What made our experience complete was a secret paste that Mosis brought to sort of saltify the soup- SO GOOD. I believe it was a specialty shrimp paste.
I really can't wait to enjoy Bosa 1 again, voted best vietnamese and with good reason!
