We had a really terrible experience. I can't name one thing that I didn't hate other than the headlining comedian who was entertaining at most but I didn't have any laugh out loud moments. The place was out of salad. Out of SALAD. That means that their kitchen can't produce anything properly! Even after back and forth frustration and "accommodation" I was so upset and nothing was accommodated for me. I ended up settling for their grilled chicken burger but the bun was burnt, there were no vegetables because they're out of salad so there were no toppings! It was a dry piece of chicken on a burnt piece of bread! Not only that but they charge for refills! This is after we spoke with management three seperate times to ensure that their kitchen would be prepared because we also have a food allergy in our party. It just seemed like an embarrassing oversight by their kitchen "management".
Besides the food, it was freezing inside. The music that was playing before the show started was terrible and obnoxiously loud to the point that my boyfriend sitting right next to me couldn't hear what I was saying. We wanted to leave before the show even started.
I will say that our server tried her best to work things out and be sympathetic, but I was really surprised that I was charged full price for a meal that was only half-finished by the kitchen, and even for a refill. It's the little things that make service stand out and unfortunately this was a huge fail for me.
I will definitely not be back. It's so not worth it, and I feel played and ripped off.
