rev:text	I have actually never been so offended in all my years of visiting tanning salons this was THE WORST experience i have ever had abd I didnt even make it to the beds! I drove all the way out to this location to acquire information as I am always searching for a good tanning salon closer to home with premium beds. So I arrive to wait while the woman at the counter conversed with what looked like her personal friend, I've never been a fan of staff entertaining guests at work it's unprofessional no natter how you look at it. The location seemed so strange though.... Dark tinted windows hid a very small and cramped space with strange hand written signs and a dark, tacky ambiance not at all conducive to most tanning salons. I asked the woman what beds they have and in response she crudely jammed her finger at a picture/mouse pad looking sign which had prices on the counter however when I asked her if i could take a picture for personal reference she refused very rudely and without any explanation. I was immediately off put by her and the way she was looking down her nose at me truly disgusted me let alone the way she was speaking to me so after a brief but extremely unpleasant interaction in which I asked her name which she rudely replied was Navine and informed me she was actually the owner I promptly left knowing I would never return. I quickly was able to see their bed and prices list which offered the same beds I was using at beachin tan but the prices seemed more steep.... I wasn't able to fully absorb the information as the owner did not feel comfortable with me knowing for some reason and that always sets off my warning bells. Tanning is expensive to begin with but when your dealing with shady owners running a single outlet salon your at the mercy of that individual and this place was clearly doing everything possible to keep things secret. I have found from personal experience that any tanning place that refuses to give you price information and doesn't provide it anywhere on their website is generally overpriced, shady and unsanitary. In this industry with all the competition and especially considering they claim to have such premium beds they should be happy to have new customers who have a right to be informed of the options and price points available to them. Absolutely disgusted with this place and the owner Navine maybe it would be prudent to take a few courses in customer service and stop hiding behind pitch black tinted windows and secrets like a rub n tug... Just sayin.
