  • I've been waiting over an hour to have the tires and oil changed on my car. I am called to the counter and told it only needs it's tires rotated, even though it was over a year ago I had the oil changed. Now I'm still waiting. Over 75 minutes and a simple oil change and tire rotation is not complete on my vehicle that had an appointment. They didn't even check the oil to see if it was needed. I bring my vehicle to professionals so it can be checked out, not go by what the book says it needs.
