I've been told the customer service in this store is terrible, but continue to be surprised...at least three different people have stopped going here due to this -- I recently went in with a friend and received the iciest response. If it were an isolated incident I would've shrugged it off, however I'm now used to it from the staff here.
It's frustrating because I want to support local business owners (I buy all of my clothing from local designers) but it is difficult when we're made to feel like the staff is doing us a favour. Will be connecting with the manager directly after this episode and hopefully will be heard :)
