  • Ever since we went to spectrum we haven't gotten good reception. The "techs" have been out here twice friendly guys but they suck. The internet buffers more than it actually works. Paying for their "service" is throwing money away. If you know of a provider in sw Charlotte that actually works let me know. Spectrum is trash I'd give a ZERO but it's not an option.
