We bought our 2 cars from this dealership. Shane was awesome to deal with so was our service tech Alex.
I reached out to them to add gap insurance after purchasing my car. Mark, Trent and Shane all confirmed to me that I can add it if I pay for it as a lump sum of around $500. This was confirmed several times in person and over the phone while I was inquiring whether it was feasible to factor gap into the financing which they said no to and that was understandable.
After applying for a zero APR credit card strictly to put this payment on it and going to ABC once again to finalize gap coverage Trent said it was something they can't do. "Sorry"
Not mad that they can't but definitely mad that I got dragged there 4 times before someone did their job and found the right answer for me. Not professional and proves that when car dealerships seal the deal with you and receive good feedback on their survey they don't care about your experience anymore.
We will not be recommending this dealership and buying elsewhere next time.
