  • My boyfriend booked the couple's romance package for the both of us and I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience! We arrived around 12:45pm to the Cosmopolitan for our 1pm appointment on a Saturday. Parking wasn't an issue for us because we live close by so we just walked over. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and filled out a form before we were promptly taken to the change rooms to get changed. The women's change room had around 16 lockers and one washroom and one shower. There were two vanity areas with toiletries such as hairspray, body lotion, and mouthwash. There was one hairdryer provided. Each locker provided a robe, a towel, and a pair of flip flops. After changing, i relaxed in the main jacuzzi area where they had comfy sofas and seats set up along with tea and water. Once we settled, they took us right into our room. The couple's room had two massage beds and a bath tub with champagne and fruits. It was prefilled with bubbles too which was a nice touch! The room also came with a private bathroom with shower. We were told we had 30 minutes to ourselves to enjoy the bath before our massage therapists would come in so we relaxed by ourselves before our massage therapists came. Right on time 30 minutes later, both our massage therapists came in. It was one of my better experiences because my therapist took the time to go through most parts of my body excluding the buttocks, face, and front thorax and abdomen. It was so relaxing and I even fell asleep near the end, and that's rare for me! It was such a treat and I had an amazing time. The 60 minutes ended perfectly. Afterwards, you're welcome to sit in the lounge area but since i was in a time crunch, we opted to leave. Overall, I would definitely come back to SpaZen. I felt so relaxed upon leaving and was already looking forward to my next visit.
