  • So rather than a routine eye exam, I came calling with an eye infection: red, inflamed, and some discharge. Not pretty. That same morning I used the online system to book an appointment within 30 mins., and Dr. Facchin fixed me right up with a prescription for eye drops. Surprisingly, he booked me for two (free) follow-ups (one week apart) to make sure it's all good. I appreciate that level of care. My eyes are much better. O_O
