  • DON'T DO IT!!! The services are like rolling dice, YOU NEVER KNOW what you are going to get!!!! The day of your WEDDING is like a dream come true! The bride and groom have taken days, months or years to prepare for such a special day. Depending upon preference, your wedding can be simple to extreme but the details are so important. Even more important, is the fact that your loved ones have come together on this joyous day to celebrate your union. They have come from all over the U.S, choosing their best formal attire. So exciting! You can't wait, and neither can they. On the day of my wedding, It's a beautiful morning, it's 90 degrees and there is plenty of sunshine. A bride's wish come true. I have spent all morning preparing to look and feel my best and I was finally ready. The doorbell rings, and it's the Limo driver! My nerves are stirring with excitement. I check my to do list because We will be going on our honeymoon for week. I walk outside, in my beautiful wedding dress, that is simple but elegant with fine details, to an old beat up Limo! The limo's passenger side was DAMAGED and the tire was BENT inward. As the driver opened the door, there was BLACK FILTH, similar to car oil, on the lining of the door. I had to lift my dress in order to prevent it from getting filthy. Also, the interior and carpet was FILTHY. We did not get a "JUST MARRIED"!sign! At this point, there is no time to change things or call and complain, everyone is waiting. Once the wedding was complete, the bridal party was en route to take photos. There was total of 13 passengers but it only accommodated 12 passengers. This was a discussion with Steve previous to pick up. The drive, to take photos, was 30-40 minutes away with NO AIR-CONDITION and INOPERABLE WINDOWS. My entire wedding party was uncomfortable, complaining and sweaty! Out of all the vendors used that day, this was the worst. He OVER-PRICED his services, provided two bottles of wine with no other wedding services as advertised. Also, he indicated that we would be escorted to and from in limo "similar" to the newer limo in his garage and we didn't. We were escorted by his driver in the OLD LIMO. advertised on his website with all the issues indicated above! Eventually I tried to address my complaints with Steve. His response was UNTRUTHFUL, UNCARING, and SARCASTIC. Unfortunately, these issues were never resolved nor did he apologize. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service for anyone, especially a bride and groom! Transportation issues is one of the last worries you want to have on your wedding day! This is 2016, all vehicle services should be well maintenanced, updated, classy, and clean with air-conditioning but this service IS NOT!!!!
