  • I usually don't wait six months to review an ice cream place, but Mookies has yet to invade my Instagram feed. As a local, I've only entered the Stratosphere once so I'll assume that the inconvenient location keeps the crowds away. When I saw the menu prices, I figured they must be serving a low quality product. All the treats are under $3 while CREAM and the competition charges twice as much for an ice cream sandwich. It's actually Double Rainbow ice cream made in San Francisco and also served at the Wynn Buffet. The soy cherry chip ice cream is vegan and delicious. Get a scoop or a sandwich made with cookies, rice Krispy treats, brownies, donuts, etc. next time you're at the Stratosphere. Wait... what are you doing at the Stratosphere, anyway?
