rev:text	I HATE COX COMMUNICATIONS. It has taken more than 2 weeks for them to read back in the installer's notes and see that he swapped out the Cisco box for a Netgear box which I returned and that they are billing me for at $122 when it retails for $42 online. I DON'T HAVE THEIR Cisco box and I returned the Netgear box that I did have and they have confirmed that it was received. Their Billing Department people are idiots and they have turned me over for collection for a Cisco box that I don't have.
