  • I took a tour of the complex just earlier this month (May 2018). In the past I had toured the place with my girl friend and she really like it. In April 2018 she was offered a job here in Arizona. After 5 years of long distance we'd finally be in the same place. I immediately went to skysong. The tour was fine, however the entire application process was a string of disastrous communication. In the 10 times I have tried to call for clarity or more information, I never got a call back, I only ever got replies via email. When we finally cleared everything and submitted the funds, they gave us a move in date of 5/23. Today is 5/23. I woke up super early to go get the keys only to find in person that the application was cancelled and denied. I understand this happens, but what could we possibly have done wrong to be notified the day of that we can't get in. We both were offered Jobs and cleared our background checks. I tried contacting corporate via email and phone and not one is helping us at all. Too bad. The apartment complex is beautiful, the staff is very unhelpful and unresponsive....corporate only exacerbates the issue with no way of communicating to them.
