  • Not professional establishment at all, particularly the union hills office. I had to get my kids forms signed and they made it so difficult to get. Making me wait for 1plus hour and repeatedly telling me to come back later when they could have spent that time to get the job done. Later I got a letter stating that they cannot provide services as " your expectation far exceed what we are reasonably able to provide". This is ridiculous, as providing a signed form is something they cannot provide in a reasonable time then what else can be expected from this establishment for child medical care. Do yourself a favor and a big favor to your child and find a better Doctor and medical establishment which cares for your child and does not stop providing services at a drop of a hat. The letter to stop providing services to my children was signed by Dr Kevin Berger, MD FAAP. Thanks Dr Kevin for being a doctor and refusing to treat children. They should be ashamed of calling themselves a medical establishment for the children.
