  • Well I want to say that yesterday we drove from parhump to Henderson BMW auto to look at a traverse they had advertised not really expecting to buy just take a look !! Well the two people of interest were Eric and Johnny were great people to deal with they both greeted us and went over the cars options and features went for the test drive and loved it but while on the test drive I noticed a shimmy in the steering well got back to the auto mall and they address it promptly and took for second test drive and was perfect, found out one tire was off from balance so yes we bought it with no haggling!! No stress !! What a great experience buying a car !! My trade in went so smoothly and the purchase it almost didn't feel real my husband and I met a lot of great employees on our visit I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS place TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT Experience BUYING A CAR HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAR THANK YOU BMW AUTO MALL OF HENDERSON NV ( Eric the sale manager and Johnny our sales guy thank you again your staff and the feeling you get while you arrive to the time you depart was amazing!!!!!!
