  • We made reservations for Valentine's Day and the room was very nice we had a great view. However, the front desk staff was very indifferent when I explained to him that we stayed there frequently and spent a lot of money gambling in the restaurants etc., when my has been ordered roses to come to our room, we received a nice white one and one small random dead one and it was $111, after spending all that money at the hotel and staying there on multitude of occasions since we are a local, he was indignant and could not care less. The hotel overcharges you for everything if you're not careful they will charge you for Internet, don't bother with the boarding pass because you'll never build up enough of anything to get anything for free.
