  • I used to frequent oh yeah! and returned with 5 friends after having dinner down the street 4/18/15. We walked a few blocks to get to the cafe and ice cream shop but I was excited. We walked in and started to scope out the mix in menu, joking about 'magic' still being on the board. There were a couple people ahead of us and a few people behind us when one of the staff came up front and asked us all to leave because they were closing. We were all slightly confused as we were escorted to the door. I saw that they closed at 10pm, when i looked at the time it was three till 10. I have worked in may restaurants (still do) and couldn't imagine turning that many people away. We all left irritated that night. I also returned today to speak to a manager. I wanted nothing except to express my aggravation. When i asked for a manager the lady replied 'i guess that's me.' As i started to explain she admitted she was there on the night this happened (i remembered seeing her sneak off as we were kicked out). She said she was sorry out of what seemed like embarrassment due to the other customers around me listening (i was very polite while explaining the situation, i know how it can be). Just wanted to say i will not be back. Great waffles and ice cream but horrible management and staff!
