  • I had a mailbox here for over a year. The owners were always professional and kind. I would stop by once a week to pick up my mail. I always paid my mailbox rent on time . It is very convenient to have a mailbox service. They can sign and hold packages for you. Your mail is safe. In May 2018 a new owner took over. The service completely changed. Instead of being friendly and profession, the owner decided to cancel my contract on a whim and refused to give me mail that was sitting in my box. I lost important papers that I had been waiting for. I had to change my address at my bank and on my credit card My advice is STAY AWAY from Mail Zone. I now rent a mailbox somewhere else and am much happier.
