| - The customer service is nonexistent at this location. I spent about 45mins shopping & picking out roughly $100 worth of merchandise. When I attempted to check out; there wasn't a single cashiers station lit up and no one was manning a cash register. The only option was self check out which I don't like because I'm disabled and it's difficult for me. I asked a young man in the area if there were any human cashiers working, he laughed and said "guess not." After having issues with the machine and feeling dizzy from all the bending, I just left my cart. I told the associate who was standing there that I wasn't up for being my own cashier, he answered with "ok!" There was no offer to help. I called and spoke to Charlotte, she sounded as though she was laughing at my frustration. She said I was wrong and she had four cashiers working. She may have had four working but they were not at the registers, not a single one. She also said there was no young man in the self check out area. So, instead of apologizing, offering to help, or doing anything remotely resembling a managerial response; she basically told me my experience never happened. She did admit to seeing my cart by the door. I used to love coming to Lowe's to flower shop and browse. I just did a full remodel of my home and bought numerous items at this location, including all of my kitchen appliances. I'll not be back. I have to shop at locations that are friendly to those with disabilities, this location is failing miserably in this area. I was in the store on 4-2-18 & left at 7:15pm, if anyone cares to investigate. Look how many transactions went through self checkout, should show there was no one working cash registers. Self checkout is insane if you have a cart full of merchandise, there is zero benefit for the consumer in this situation. The business save money, I leave dizzy and frustrated, or in this case, without any of my supplies and with my time wasted.
