Excellent options for gluten free dining. My husband has celiac's and we like to share, so I typically eat gluten free too. We had the cinnamon apple pancakes and the banana walnut pancakes and both were excellent, although I slightly preferred the cinnamon ones because of the delicate cinnamon flavor.
The servers were friendly and efficient and willing to answer my questions about how it works to have no assigned tables, especially when things get busy (which they weren't on Friday morning at 7am. Basically they have different signals they use to let each other know where a table is in the process of getting served.
The only thing I didn't love was the very strong coffee, but my husband did like it, so I guess you can't please everyone :).
