We checked this place out on opening weekend and it was inevitably chaotic. Although the wait was rather long and there were alot of open tables (I understand it is they want to pace the flow) we were seated and greeted promptly. Our adorable server Cameron was amazing. He was efficient and thorough in answering all our questions about the menu and accommodating our allergies. Per his recommendations we started out with the Jumbo Shrimp (Mind blowing) and We ordered the Roasted Half chicken and Norwegian Salmon for our entrees. Both were incredible - The chicken was perfectly seasoned - almost had an indian kind of curry taste and the salmon was to die for with it's crispy mustard crust. Cameron seems to be a reader of minds as anything we needed, he got it without us even asking and still made time to chat it up with us amidst the chaos in the restaurant (we probably heard dishes dropped by employees 3 times while we were there). Cameron suggested a coconut cake for dessert which just pushed our meal over the top. We had several managers stop by our table to make sure everything was okay which was a fantastic touch. Amazing, We will be back for sure.
