They usually do good work here but I hate to report that recently they hired a new lady who was very rude. She was very pushy for me to get my upper lip threaded even though I only ever get my eyebrows done.
I wrote "eyebrows" at check in. She asked "just eyebrows?" as I sat down, and I said yes. She asked again while she was working. Then she asked "you don't ever do your lip?" And I said "no". She laughed (even though I wasn't joking) and snarkily replied "Why not?"
I told her that it's because I don't care but really it's because I have hyper sensitive skin and I can't thread there without getting a patch of zits. So it makes me self-conscious, and going to a salon that points out things that make me self conscious is NOT appealing to me.
So Shila, please remind your staff that they are there to help us look and FEEL beautiful; and making sales by way of being pushy and mean is a bad business practice.
