  • I saw Dr. Chen & Medical Assistant Dulce this morning at the Chandler office. This was my first time seeing a dermatologist at the age of 31, and I was there for several reasons. Both Dr. Chen & Dulce as well as the staff at the front desk were friendly, loving, kind, knowledgeable. They made me feel valued and cared for and put me at ease. Every single one of my concerns were addressed and completely taken care of. Dr. Chen knew what each thing was right away and was very patient with me explaining what was going on with each condition as well as what the course of treatment would be and how to fix it. She also removed a skin tag for me that I wanted gone in just a few seconds with absolutely no pain during or after. I am completely blown away and can't say enough good things about Spectrum Dermatology. When I arrived I was nervous and didn't feel very good about myself but when I left, I felt clean, beautiful, put at ease, and encouraged! Look no further- book your appointment right now. :)
