Indeed, the no-baked sakura cheesecake was very pretty. The sakura was enveloped within a layer of clear gelatin that covered the top of the cheesecake. After getting over how lovely this cake was, the next challenge was to eat this piece of art. I overcame my apprehension of destroying this artwork and took a bite. It tasted exquisite. Soft and inviting. Not overly sweet. The aroma of no-baked fragrance. Sure was a taste of food paradise. For $8, you can enjoy this master piece in a cupcake size. Or $35 for the uncle Tetsu size whole cake. Or for free, you can stay in the shop momentarily to admire the display cake.
