I figured I couldn't lose with such a highly rated place and I was wrong. I went here last month with my new car. So, I came in during the weekday. I figured it wouldn't be as busy. No one was outside to take your car. Finally, the guy that takes the car through the wash saw me and went inside to get the guy. The cashier didn't rush at all and the place was pretty dead. Once I got my ticket I waited almost 10 minutes for him to come back in so I could pay. The guy that dried/waxed my car finished my car before anyone else finished their car and I didn't go for the cheapest wash. I was a bit concerned, but like I said, it's a new car and wasn't that dirty. I left the guy a $20 tip and should have checked the work before I did. Once I got home I took a better look. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. He missed big spots on my doors where could see the wax. As for my rims/tires, they were barely touched. I'll look elsewhere for a car wash next time.
