  • I'm probably like most of you. I read the reviews of this place, mostly bad or mediocre at best, but decided to come anyway because (1) it's all you can eat sushi and sake for $24.99!!, and (2) how bad could sushi at a nice resort from a Food Network chef actually be??? Came here on a Wednesday night at 7pm and the place was empty, which should have been my first clue that I needed to run and run FAST, but we stayed anyway. Things you should know if you are considering this crappy restaurant: First, the "all you can eat sushi" only includes about 6 rolls and 5 nigiri options. And of the 6 rolls, 3 are almost identical to one another in composition. The fish is mediocre in quality and the rolls themselves were damn near inedible. Second, the sake is the bottom of the barrel crap that I wouldn't pour my worst enemy. It's almost undrinkable it's that bad. Third, the service bites big time. We were given our drinks (barely, after 15 minutes of waiting) and never saw the guy again until it was time for our check. Another minor irritation was that I was charged $11 for my glass of wine. No wine list, so I just ordered the house red, but of course I was upcharged for something fancy. I gave one extra star for the view, which is nice. Otherwise this place isn't worth the space in the casino, don't waste your time. PS, if you're looking for a good deal on sushi Monday-Wednesday drive down the road to Island Sushi for their 50% off ALL rolls. Their sushi is amazing and well worth the money and you can get plenty for $24.99 a person.
