This has always been my favorite store. Even though we moved farther away and a Walgreens and another CVS are more convenient we continued to go there. The pharmacy I would still give 5 stars to as they are always exceptional, the front of the store on the other hand is generally always unprofessional. One time we saw someone eating out of a can, behind the checkout counter. Ick. But today was the topper, a woman with obvious dementia was shopping and I guess shoplifting. She upset the staff to the point where they called the manager. He attempted to help her to no avail. At some point he started yelling at her to get out of HIS store. She was with her husband and their car had a handicap sticker. It upset me so much how he was yelling at her and being completely unprofessional that I commented to the clerk and she shrugged me off and said well she upset us also. Yeh... having dementia run in my family, I think it is time to change stores.
